Cookie Policy
Last updated:
This policy tells you how IndicStack Consultancy Services LLP uses cookies on indicstack.ai and its subdomains. Read it with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They help the site work and help us understand how people use it.
2. Cookies we use
| Type | Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration | Choice |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | indicstack_consent | IndicStack | Remembers your cookie choice when you make one | 12 months | Always on |
| Essential | Session and security cookies (dashboard, when you log in) | IndicStack | Keep you logged in and protect against misuse | Session | Always on |
| Analytics | _ga | Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) | Tells visits from different browsers apart | 2 years | Can be turned off |
| Analytics | _ga_[ID] | Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) | Keeps the state of a visit | 2 years | Can be turned off |
We also use the following tracking technologies through Google Tag Manager unless you turn off their categories. Cookie names and lifetimes can vary with provider settings and browser restrictions.
| Type | Provider | Purpose | Cookies and duration | Choice |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Analytics | Microsoft Clarity | Understand page interactions using heatmaps and session recordings | _clck, _clsk and other cookies described in Microsoft’s cookie documentation | Can be turned off under Analytics |
| Advertising | LinkedIn Insight Tag | Measure advertising conversions and build advertising audiences | Includes li_fat_id (30 days, where enabled); other cookies and durations are listed in LinkedIn’s cookie table | Can be turned off under Advertising |
| Advertising | Meta Pixel | Measure advertising performance and support advertising audiences | Provider cookies and identifiers, with durations described in Meta’s Cookies Policy | Can be turned off under Advertising |
Advertising providers may recognise your browser across websites and link website activity with information they hold about you.
3. Google Tag Manager and tracking providers
We use Google Tag Manager to manage Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Meta Pixel. Google Analytics measures visits and referral sources. Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how visitors use our pages through heatmaps and session recordings. Analytics and advertising tools load when you visit unless you have turned off their categories in Cookie settings.
These providers may process data outside India and process information under their own policies: Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn and Meta.
4. Your choices
- When you first visit, analytics and advertising are enabled. The banner offers Keep all on, Reject all and Settings. Reject all turns off both categories; Settings lets you turn off either category separately.
- You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer.
- Turning off a category stops the affected trackers from loading on subsequent page loads. It does not undo data already collected. We remove accessible first-party tracking cookies for the categories you reject. Cookies held on providers’ own domains can be managed through their controls or your browser.
- If you make a choice, we remember it for 12 months.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the site may not work.
5. Changes
We update this policy when we add or remove cookies. The date at the top shows the last change.
