Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing indicstack.ai or using IndicStack services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Services

IndicStack Consultancy Services LLP provides managed AI infrastructure services including but not limited to: LLM inference APIs, AI agent services, and related tools. Services are provided on an "as available" basis during the early access period.

3. Account and API Keys

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys
  • You must not share API keys or allow unauthorized access
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • We may suspend access if we detect abuse or security issues

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Generate content that violates Indian law
  • Process data in violation of applicable data protection laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or copy model weights
  • Circumvent rate limits or usage quotas
  • Resell access without a written agreement
  • Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you send to our APIs. We process your data solely to provide the requested services. We do not use your data to train or improve AI models. Specific data handling terms are covered in our Data Processing Agreement (available on request).

6. Billing and Payment

  • Services are billed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • GST will be charged as applicable
  • Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

7. Service Levels

During the early access period, we do not guarantee specific uptime or availability. Production SLA terms will be made available with general availability.

8. Intellectual Property

IndicStack's platform, website content, documentation, and brand assets are our intellectual property. Open-source models served through our platform retain their original licenses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, IndicStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify IndicStack against claims arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for violation of acceptable use policies. Upon termination, we will delete your data per our retention policy unless otherwise required by law.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.

13. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
