IndicStack Consultancy Services LLP ("IndicStack", "we", "us") is an India-incorporated company providing managed AI infrastructure services. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Data We Collect

Website Visitors

When you visit indicstack.ai, we may collect basic analytics data (pages visited, referral source, device type). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

Early Access Requests

When you submit the early access form, we collect: work email, company name, role, and any additional information you provide. This data is used solely to evaluate your request and communicate with you about our services.

API Customers

When you use our API services, we process the data you send via API calls (prompts and completions). Our data handling for API customers is governed by our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), available on request.

How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and improve our services
  • To communicate with you about your account or requests
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your API data (prompts, completions) to train or fine-tune any AI models. This is a contractual guarantee.

Data Storage and Residency

All API inference processing occurs on Indian cloud infrastructure. Website data and form submissions are stored on servers accessible from India. We do not transfer personal data outside India without appropriate safeguards as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Data Retention

Form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to evaluate and service your request. API data retention is configurable per customer (default: 30 days). You may request deletion at any time.

Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data
  • Withdraw consent
  • Nominate another person to exercise rights on your behalf
  • File a grievance with us or the Data Protection Board

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and audit logging.

Third-Party Services

We may use limited third-party services for website hosting, analytics, and email delivery. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
